- 25 days prior to the expedition date: 50% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 5 days or less prior to the expedition date: 100% of the total cost will be charged.
- We reserve the right to cancel the expedition due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather/natural disasters or engine trouble of the boat.
- In the event of cancellation, clients will receive a full refund or option to rebook for a future expedition.
- Refunds will be processed within minimum of three working days after receiving the cancellation notice.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method in Peso.
- We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Requests for changes (e.g., date, number of participants) must be submitted via email at least 48 hours before the tour. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
