1.General Information.
Booking reservation a tour or expedition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall apply to all bookings made directly or through an authorized agents.
2. Booking and Payment.
A confirmed Booking reservation once the required payment or deposit is received and approved. Failure to do so, Booking reservation still on pending status or May the result of the unapproved of your reservation.
3. Cancellation Policies
a. Guest-Initiated.
25 days prior to the expedition date: 50% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fees. 5 days or less prior to the expedition date: 100% of the total cost will be charged, but we offer free rebooking with the next available confirmed schedules and seats.
b. Tour Operator-Initiated.
We reserve the right to cancel the expedition due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather/natural disasters or engine trouble of the boat. In the event of cancellation, clients will receive a full refund or option to rebook for a future expedition.
4. Changes to the Itinerary.
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. Requests for changes (e.g., date, number of participants) must be submitted via email at least 48 hours before the tour. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
5. Refund Policy.
Refunds will be processed within minimum of three working days after receiving the cancellation notice. And will be made through the original payment method in Peso.
6. Liability and Responsibilities.
We strives to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, guest their own risk and will not be held liable for personal injuries, loss of belongings, or damages incurred during the tour. All are required to follow the instructions of tour guides to ensure the safety. And it is required to sign a disclaimer/waiver prior to participation. Any cause for delay by the guest on the day departure will result in your trip being cancelled without a refund or rescheduled for a fee equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the booking. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
7. Health and Fitness Requirements.
It is your responsibility to ensure they are physically fit and capable of participating the chosen activity. Any medical conditions or dietary restrictions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
8. Children Policy.
Children below 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
9. Force Majeure.
The company not be liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or severe weather conditions.
10. Photography and Media.
By joining a tour or Expedition, you consent to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform us prior to the tour.
All Guest, participants are required to join the pre-departure safety briefing, before boarding your assigned tour Guide will take in-charge.
