CANCELLATION BY THE GUEST

25 days prior to the expedition date: 50% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
5 days or less prior to the expedition date: 100% of the total cost will be charged.

CANCELLATION BY THE TOUR OPERATOR

We reserve the right to cancel the expedition due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather/natural disasters or engine trouble of the boat.
In the event of cancellation, clients will receive a full refund or option to rebook for a future expedition.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be processed within minimum of three working days after receiving the cancellation notice.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method in Peso.

CHANGES OF THE ITINERARY

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Requests for changes (e.g., date, number of participants) must be submitted via email at least 48 hours before the tour. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

FORCE MAJEURE

The company not be liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or severe weather conditions.
